For printer availability reasons, all purchases made within one month will be processed and sent out at the end of said month (ex: All orders made over the course of November will be processed November 30th).

What size are the prints?
All prints are 20cm x 25cm, either portrait or landscape.
This is equivalent to approximately 8in x 10in.

Do the prints have the watermark?
No, the watermark is only present on the pictures on the website but it is removed on the prints.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is £1.80 to the UK and £3.50 to the rest of the world.

May I have the print without a signature?
All prints by default come with a signature on the front. If however, you would like it signed on the back or not at all, please request this in a message at checkout!

Please may I return/refund a print?
Unfortunately we do not offer returns but if the item is badly damaged and you do not want a replacement, we can offer a refund.
